Recipe: Creamy Potato Bake


1/2 Carton of Flora Plant Cream

1 Teaspoon Massel chicken stock powder

2 tablespoon Massel beef stock powder

1 Teaspoon Garlic Granules

2 Tablespoons Onion Flakes

Cracked pepper

2 large onions

6 potatoes (skin left on)

1 Bag of vegan mozzarella cheese


  1. Pre heat oven to 200 degrees.

  2. In a bowl mix half a carton of Flora Plant Cream with the Chicken stock, beef stock, garlic granules, onion flakes and some cracked pepper. Give it a good whisk to mix it all in.

  3. Slice up your potatoes and onions into small slices.

  4. In a large casserole dish, repeat the layers of potato, onion, cheese and pour your cream over. Try and portion your cream so that you have a little extra for the top layer of cream.

  5. Once assembled, place in the oven with a lid on until the potatoes start to soften. Once the potatoes are soft, remove the lid and sprinkle with a bit more cheese, and cook without the lid until it is golden and cooked through.
