Rose and Lilly came to us along with 12 other ex breding mares, after their breeder decided they were too old to be useful anymore, and therefore were destined to be sold for the value of their flesh.

We managed to adopt out 9 of these lovely ponies to amazing forever homes, however due to Rose's age and lack of care over the years she is blind and suffers from other chronic illnesses. For this reason we are keeping her and her best friend Lilly to live out their days with us, they will never be separated and Lilly can continue to be Rose's eyes for the rest of their days.
